This position will directly contribute to the transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division.The TPM role is responsible for coordinating deliverables and reporting on large complex Data Center Infrastructure Programs, including contingency planning and issue resolution. The TPM contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap, while maintaining awareness of cross-product/program synergies and actively communicates opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.Location: Austin, TXEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesIn depth knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling and related systems and sub-systemsProvides regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, blockers, and dependenciesSupport scale through shared learnings and mechanismsActing as technical advisor, working closely with engineering teams to understand challenges, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibilityAct as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectivelyCoordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them;Drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders, eliminating roadblocks to resolve customer issuesDefine KPI's and establish SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businessesAdept at managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedulesOversee activities associated with the NPI projects to ensure the program achieves its goals on timeCollaborate with factory-based PMs to provide support from RFP through NPI completion of FWTManage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repository, RFIs / ECNs and team up in packaging all RFP deliverablesAid and provide strategic guidance to the company's project managersWork in partnership with the site-based PMs to develop and implement program strategyWorks with your manager to propose potential R&D project ideas to enhance competency areasMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedKnowledge Requirements5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experienceProven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCreative, self-motivated, accountable, and team-orientedAble to work independently with minimal oversightEffective at presenting information and responding to management, clients, and public queriesCapable of influencing others and sharing best practicesComfortable working as part of a global teamCapable of assessing projects, articulating risks, and developing project milestonesFamiliar with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM)Able to mentor junior project managersEducation & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field.
