Senior Demand Generation Manager

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to take ownership of our pipeline engine. You'll inherit a functioning set of channels and a real budget — your mandate is to bring structure, accelerate what's already working, and identify the next big growth lever. Responsibilities Pipeline across paid, organic, events, LinkedIn, and partnership channels Campaign strategy and execution for product launches and major initiatives Day-to-day marketing operations: website, social, content, and email Reporting, attribution, and workflow management in HubSpot Partner and content marketing programs that expand reach and brand awareness Qualifications 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, growth, or performance marketing Track record of managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable pipeline Strong analytical instincts — you make decisions from data, not gut alone Comfortable owning a wide remit independently in a fast-moving environment Experience with paid media and multi-channel demand generation tactics Required Skills Ecommerce or DTC ecosystem experience HubSpot power user Content or product marketing background Early-stage startup experience ABM or upmarket/enterprise motions Preferred Skills Real ownership over a proven motion — not building from zero Broad exposure across marketing disciplines — strong career accelerant Tight, well-defined ICP with a quality-over-volume go-to-market approach Strong momentum and ambitious but grounded growth targets Comprehensive benefits, remote-first culture, and meaningful equity #J-18808-Ljbffr
