About the Role:
Join MATRIX SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES INC as an Entry Level IT Professional in Detroit, MI, where you'll kickstart your career in technology! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Participate in the installation and configuration of IT systems.
Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with senior IT professionals on various projects.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools.

Requirements:

Recent graduate or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems and networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
