We value safety, respect, and community-and we know that our drivers are an important part of our school.As a School Bus Driver, you'll do more than operate a vehicle-you'll be a trusted Christian guardian of our students' daily journeys. Your role directly supports student success by giving families peace of mind and helping our school run smoothly.Expectations:Safely operate a school bus to and from designated locations, following all traffic laws and district safety protocols.Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.Maintain order and a positive atmosphere on the bus, using respectful communication and conflict resolution skills.Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic, weather, or special events.Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay.Supportive team environment with ongoing safety and skills development.The satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in students' lives.RequirementsProvide the following:A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements-or willingness to obtain with our training support.A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.Additional Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Previous professional driving experience preferred.
