We develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies to detect, track, and neutralize evolving threats—ensuring global security for decades to come.The RoleWe’re looking for a Project Engineer Staff to support the management, planning, and execution of the Kill Vehicle (KV) team. As the CAM, you’ll lead the business operations within the engineering teams supporting the KV to ensure seamless execution of the cost/schedule/technical baseline. Responsibilities• As a Control Account Manager (CAM), lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned program/control accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, schedule, and cost targets.• Manage the account’s budget, forecast cost performance, and implement corrective actions to address variances and keep the program within approved financial limits.• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities; maintain risk registers and ensure timely implementation of mitigation plans.• Prepare and present regular performance reports (e.g., Earned Value Management, cost and schedule status) to stakeholders.• Manage the subcontractors across the team to ensure compliant execution of SOW.• Manage subcontract cost performance.• Manage the preparation, submission, and execution of baseline changes.• Develop and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the control account, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.Basic Qualifications:-Experience as a CAM or equivalent related experience-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education-Demonstrated experience leading a team-Ability to support coordination between multiple teams and multiple locationsDesired Skills:-Experience working with integrated master schedules -Experience supporting multi-functional engineering teams-Currently CAM certified-Vemo experienceClearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
