Registered Nurse (RN)

The Youth Recovery Center (YRC) is a residential treatment facility dedicated to assisting adolescents, ages 15-18, in overcoming addiction and addressing mental health needs. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who have a passion for working with the adolescent population and can commit to 12-hour night shifts, including rotating weekends.

Shift Information

12-hour night shift
Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to adolescent patients in a residential treatment setting.
Actively participate in recreational activities with clients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress throughout treatment.

Qualifications

Current Colorado RN License.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in Adolescent Psychiatric or Addiction nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Completed fingerprint-based national criminal history check within the last 30 days, per Human Services guidelines.
Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
CAC certification is a plus.
Proof of current flu vaccine required; no exemptions allowed.

Additional Requirements

Holiday coverage may be required.
Must possess a strong interest in working with the adolescent population.
