Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-week LTC/SNF travel assignment in a post-acute care setting, requiring a BSN and Point Click Care (PCC) experience.

Details

• Long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) in a post-acute care setting
• 43-bed facility with a 3.5 PPD patient ratio
• 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with some 8-hour shifts possible
• Every other weekend requirement (facility notes indicate every 3rd weekend — confirm at time of interview)
• Holiday coverage required as shifts fall
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
• 12-week contract

Requirements

• Active Kansas (KS) or Compact RN license required — must be active at time of consideration; pending licensure not accepted
• BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
• Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Facility-specific orientation is provided
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at a reduced pay rate
