Pay Rate: $2,150 - $2,267/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment, develop individualized plans of care, and support orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.

• BLS certification.

• Indiana State License; pending license accepted.

• First-time travelers accepted.

• Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

• Experience with gait and balance, pain management, workers’ compensation, and pre-/post-operative patients.

• Experience with soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, neurological re-education, and manual therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, gait training, and manual therapy.

• Provide orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation as appropriate.

• Assist patients with post-operative recovery, pain management, gait, and balance.

• Perform soft tissue and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization as appropriate.

• Document patient care and progress accurately in the EMR.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.

• Maintain patient safety and follow facility policies and clinical standards.
