Coverage includes basic Peds, OB, and Cardiac.* Candidates must be BC/BE in Anesthesiology* Physicians with experience or directly from training are welcomed to apply* Must be comfortable working with community and Ochsner surgeons and proceduralists and capable of developing excellent medical staff relationships* Requires a commitment to using comprehensive electronic medical records (Epic)Our North Shore program is a component of the Department of Anesthesiology, with a fully accredited residency program as well as multiple fellowship programs. Ochsner’s Department of Anesthesiology includes over 70 Anesthesiologists, 100 CRNA’s, and >30 house staff, with an annual case volume of >52,000. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.Ochsner Medical Center - North Shore is a full-service, 165-bed acute care hospital that includes a 24-hour emergency room and the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on the North Shore.
