Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Consistent M/W/F Part-Time Outpatient Pain Management

Role Description We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a part-time outpatient role specializing in pain management. This position requires working on-site in Bronx, NY, consistently on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, administering injections, coordinating follow-up care, and educating patients about pain management options. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care while maintaining accurate medical records and complying with regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensure & Certification: Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York State, DEA certification, and current CPR certification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and administering joint and trigger point injections. Patient Care Expertise: Strong ability to develop treatment plans, educate patients on pain management techniques, and demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care. Clinical Experience: Prior experience in pain management, primary care, orthopedics, or related fields is preferred. We do onsite training. New grads are welcome to apply. Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual spanish-english a plus. Must be willing and able to travel between offices in multiple locations. Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Education: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Advanced clinical training in pain management or related disciplines is a plus.
