Boutique Manager - Aventura

Summary The Boutique Manager is responsible for overall management of the store, driving sales performance and KPIs, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing a motivated sales team. This role leads by example on the selling floor, manages clienteling and local business development, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Develop and execute boutique business plans and local marketing strategies to grow traffic and the customer base. Lead and coach the sales team to meet sales targets, provide recognition, and ensure product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and succession planning. Manage store operations including POS, inventory accuracy, scheduling, payroll review, and administrative tasks. Maintain visual merchandising standards and work with corporate visual teams on displays and windows. Provide regular business reports to Retail Director and Regional Manager and monitor KPIs to drive results. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail with 1-2 years of related management experience. Previous high‑end watch or luxury sales experience preferred. Strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a sales team and to deliver sales and productivity goals.
