Hiring: Technical Product Owner
Location: Whippany, NJ 07981
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Local Candidates Only)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile product management, stakeholder management, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams on architecture discussions and implementation decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product delivery.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
