Location: Addison, IL (Entrance on Belden | Free company-owned parking lot  

 
Pay: $18.50/hour

Available Shift 

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:45pm-10pm 

• Overtime and occasional Saturday work required 

• Flexibility for alternate shift coverage may be needed 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assists supervisor in executing the production plan safely while meeting efficiency, output, and delivery goals.  

• Ensures finished goods meet or exceed quality and food safety standards, maintaining product integrity.  

• Supports labor planning, line adjustments, inventory management, cycle counts, and production documentation, including line setup and teardown.  

• Maintains a clean and organized work area, supports employee training, and records production data.  

• Uses Excel and PackManager software (training provided) and a company-issued tablet to support attendance tracking, machine codes, production logging, and reporting. 

Requirements 

• Minimum of 1 year Line Lead experience  

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills  

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) 

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed  

• Bilingual English and Spanish 

• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety and food safety guidelines at all times 

• Daily use of a company-issued tablet for tracking tasks, communication, and reporting 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs.  

• Ability to walk and move quickly along production lines.  

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stretch throughout the shift.
