Senior ServiceNow developer with Employee Center Pro

Job Title
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
- Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies
