The service manager is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, managing customer accounts, scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of installations, maintenance, and repairs, estimation of jobs while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction by coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, all while adhering to local regulations and safety protocols; key duties include staff training, budget management, inventory control, and quality control checks.
Must be reliable, able to work independently and have good communication skills along with problem solving skills. Must be oil and propane gas certified. This position requires the body movement of sitting, stooping, walking, and lifting up to 70lbs. without help consistently. Pay depends on work experience and certifications.
