Installation Manager

3-5 years of experience in installation project management. Proven experience in managing installation projects for cameras, gates, windows, doors etc Hands on construction or civil or related industry experience Ability to travel to different states as required. Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when onsite. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Competitive salary: $95,000 - $105,000, depending on experience Unlimited Time Off Policy in effect after initial 90 days Company vehicle provided for working purposes Computer provided Key Responsibilities: Leads by example on-site, demonstrating commitment, integrity, and work ethic. Manage and oversee the installation of security systems, including cameras, gates, windows, and doors for projects nationwide. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Order and manage materials required for each project. Ensure all projects are completed within the established timelines and budget. Travel to various project sites across the country as needed. Maintain flexible working hours when onsite to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure all project requirements and expectations are met.
