Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a complex ICU environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-tier clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective care aligned with multidisciplinary teams. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes. Precept and support new healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Participate in specialized ICU orientation and ongoing education, including simulation-based training. Adhere to specialty standards and evidence-based care models, supporting competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (or equivalent for less than 3 years experience). Current RN licensure. Minimum 6 months of nursing experience. Certification in BLS through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.
