Financial Controller

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - AGRICULTURE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions from start to finish through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and financial reporting, and grower payments. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and working with outside CPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day company accounts
• Assist with financial planning
• Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensure government compliance in all tasks
• Grower accounting/payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area
• AGRICULTURE/FARMING experience is REQUIRED
• Proficiency with current financial software: QuickBooks
• Understanding of US GAAP
