About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Women's Services RN – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 7, 2026 **Location:** Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• 9-bed LDRP unit plus 4-bed Level II NICU and 1 operating room suite providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care
• Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labor, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU care
• Meditech and CPN central monitoring documentation systems with advanced equipment including tele-medicine capabilities
• Joint Commission certified facility with Level II Trauma Center and Level II NICU designations
• Opportunity to gain broad experience across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in an LDRP model
• Seasoned team includes multiple RNs with 30+ years of experience serving as mentors and preceptors

Requirements:

• Labor and delivery experience with the ability to manage maternal recovery and newborn transition and assessment
• Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• Experience preferred with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies
• Advanced skills needed: fetal monitoring, experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil)
• Willingness to float to other areas within the facility as needed
• Adherence to infant security policy including unit-specific dress code requirements
