Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities related to CAPEX projects, raw material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory control. This role ensures materials are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for CAPEX projects from planning through execution
• Source raw materials and evaluate supplier capabilities
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Oversee inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels
• Track purchasing activities and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
• Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CAPEX procurement
• Strong background in raw material sourcing
• Skilled in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience with inventory control processes
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work in environments requiring PPE
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
