About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and families, providing timely and accurate information, and coordinating appointments and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing phone calls and messages, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Coordinate appointments

• Answer and direct phone calls, and manage messages

• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and perform administrative tasks as needed

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
