Lead Technical Program Manager, Electronic Trading Services

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management and leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Working knowledge of electronic trading and managed or proximity infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge of liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds, and equities and fixed-income trading
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective business solutions
• Decisive approach, with clear and timely communication and follow-up
• Strong active listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Contract management experience
• Flexibility and a hands-on approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-stakes, client-focused, collaborative environment
• Experience working in equity and fixed-income markets
• Comfort working in an environment with extensive controls
• A bachelors or masters degree is preferred
• This is a High Risk Role and requires enhanced pre-hire screening, including criminal and credit background checks where permitted by law; screening must be successfully completed before employment or assignment begins

• Drive delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm
• Serve as a key interface between the Corporate Investment Bank and Global Technology Infrastructure for Electronic Trading Infrastructure delivery
• Forecast demand in partnership with the Corporate Investment Bank and communicate delivery status, escalating blockers as needed
• Advise the Corporate Investment Bank on technology roadmaps and internal or external factors that may affect delivery
• Coordinate with other Enterprise Technology Services teams and technology teams across Global Technology Infrastructure
• Perform project management duties, including scheduling, status meetings, reporting, presentations, and briefings
• Meet service-level reporting and tracking requirements using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and Clarity
• Specialize in the design, implementation, or support of technology infrastructure, including compute, facilities, or networking
• Maintain fiscal accountability for projects, including forecasting, obtaining approvals, and delivering within budget
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers involved in infrastructure delivery, including hardware, managed services, and SmartHands
• Manage resources, budgets, teams, operational plans, and risk strategies while supporting high-quality service delivery
