Are you a dedicated clinician who loves the work but is tired of the grind We are looking for a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. The Role at a Glance
As a 1099 Contractor you are in charge of your own schedule. You provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload while we handle the backend logistics so you can focus on what actually matters: helping people heal.
- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
- Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hoursmorning person or night owl its up to you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes treatment plans etc.).
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
What You Bring to the Table
- Licensure: Must hold a valid unrestricted license
- Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT DBT ACT EMDR etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Professionalism: A private quiet and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
- Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
