We are hiring dependable General Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembly, fabrication, material handling, and production support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or assembly experience are encouraged to apply.

• Perform assembly and production tasks using hand and power tools
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble components to quality standards
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Move materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

This is a Permanent position based out of Owatonna, MN.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.
