Day-to-Day, You'll Be:

1. Working an active Zillow lead pipeline with urgency and consistency
2. Conducting buyer and seller consultations that build trust and drive decisions
3. Representing listings at open houses and private showings
4. Managing transactions from offer to close with AI-assisted admin support
5. Deepening your local market knowledge to serve clients with confidence
6. Growing your book of business within a team structure designed for high volume

What You Bring to the Table

1. Active real estate license (required)
2. Genuine commitment to working and converting Zillow preferred leads
3. Sales experience is a bonus, but hunger and coachability matter more
4. Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows up proactively
5. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a remote schedule
6. Tech-savvy and open to tools, including AI, that enhance your effectiveness

The Details

1. Pay: $48,000 to $196,000 per year (commission and bonus based)
2. Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend availability, largely self-determined
3. Location: Remote-capable. MUST RESIDE IN RENO/SPARKS OR SURROUNDING AREAS
