B. Kühlkette, Tiefkühlware) korrekt konfiguriert wurden, einschließlich der Aktivierung von Temperaturüberwachungsgeräten.* Inspektion der Kommissionier- und Verpackungsplätze oder -bereiche vor dem Einbringen von Materialien oder Produkten, um sicherzustellen, dass keine Materialien oder Produkte aus dem vorherigen Arbeitsgang zurückbleiben.* Qualitätsüberwachung der gesamten Etikettierung am Versandort.* Durchführung von Stichprobenkontrollen der Lagerprotokolle, um die Genauigkeit und die Einhaltung der Good Documentation Practice sicherzustellen.* Funktionsübergreifende Unterstützung in der Rolle des QC-Inspektors* Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung bei der Untersuchung von Kundenbeschwerden und Abweichungen.* Förderung des „Right First Time“-Ansatzes bei den Lagerarbeitern***Berufserfahrung:**** Ein Distributions-/Lagerbetrieb in einer GMP-Umgebung.* Erfahrung in einer Qualitätsfunktion ist wünschenswert***Spezifische Kenntnisse / Fähigkeiten:**** Ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit ist für den Erfolg in dieser Position unerlässlich* Erfahrung im Bereich der klinischen Versorgung,* Verständnis von Qualitätsstandards einschließlich GMP, GCP und GDP.* IT-Kenntnisse in gängigen Programmen (MS Office)* Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch. English ist von Vorteil.***Job Title***: Despatch QC Inspector***Main Responsibilities***:* Ensuring that all activities are carried to GMP and GDP.* Performing the post pick verification of Clinical Trial shipments to ensure that the appropriate supplies have been picked and have been prepared ready for despatch correctly.* Performing the verification that temperature-controlled shipments (e.g cold chain, frozen) have been configured correctly including the activation of temperature monitoring devices.* Inspections of pick and pack cubicles or areas before materials or products are introduced to ensure the absence of materials or products from previous operation.* Quality oversight of all point of despatch labelling.* Perform spot checks of warehouse log books to ensure accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practice.* Cross functional support with the QC inspector role* Assisting QA with the investigation of customer complaints and deviations.* Drive towards right first time approach with warehouse operators***Previous Work Experience***:* A distribution/warehouse within GMP environment.* experience within a Quality role is desirable***Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence***:* A high level of attention to detail is essential for the successful outcome of this role* Experience in the clinical supply field,* An understanding of Quality Standards including GMP, GCP and GDP.* IT literate in standard packages (MS Office)* Good written and communication skills in English.
