Kaizen Collision Center – Sun City, Arizona Full-Time

At Kaizen Collision Center, we believe collision repair should be done the right way — with strong communication, quality repairs, and a team that works together to keep production moving.

We're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who knows how to write accurate estimates, communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers, and help create a smooth repair process from start to finish.

If you take pride in writing complete sheets, catching damage early, and keeping jobs organized, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Write complete and accurate repair estimates
• Handle supplements and insurance communication
• Work closely with technicians and production staff
• Keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop
• Deliver a strong customer experience through clear communication
• Help maintain repair quality and OEM repair standards

• Steady repair volume from Sun City, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, El Mirage, Sun City West, and the surrounding West Valley
• Consistent workflow from commuter traffic, retiree communities, insurance claims, and daily Phoenix metro driving

What We're Looking For

• Collision estimating experience required
• Experience working with insurance carriers and supplements
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Someone dependable who takes ownership of their work

Experience with DRP programs is a plus.
