QA Specialist for AI Product Testing and Support

Perform hands-on, client-facing quality assurance for an AI-driven video generation product. You will run manual tests, document and prioritize issues, and provide technical support to customers, directly influencing how next-generation AI systems are trained and improved. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge, quality focus, and strong customer communication are what matter.

• Conduct thorough manual testing of a cutting-edge AI video generation platform, assessing functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues, producing detailed reports for technical teams to act on.
• Develop and execute test cases and user scenarios to validate product updates, new features, and improvements.
• Engage directly with clients to provide expert technical support, answer inquiries, and explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional contributors to ensure customer feedback is captured and used for product enhancements.
• Maintain rigorous quality engineering standards, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Use an iOS device to perform mobile platform testing and confirm product reliability across supported environments.
• Apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input.

• Required skills: Quality Engineering, Customer Service, Technical Support.
• Proven QA experience with manual testing, bug tracking, and reporting in software or SaaS environments.
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles, able to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, prompt and professional.
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality results.
• Preferred: background with video generation or media technology platforms.
