At ITCAN , we're looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to take ownership of paid social campaigns for our Saudi Arabia-based clients. You'll combine platform expertise, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of the KSA consumer landscape to build campaigns that don't just generate clicks — they drive business results. What You'll Do Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms for the Saudi market. Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies based on Saudi consumer behavior and shopping patterns. Build campaigns in both Arabic and English, adapting targeting and messaging to the local market where needed. Monitor and optimize campaigns against key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and order volume. Manage campaign bids, audiences, placements, and creative performance to continuously improve results. Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and placements. Monitor daily performance and make timely optimizations during major Saudi shopping moments such as Ramadan, White Friday, and Saudi National Day. Prepare clear, insight-driven performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for clients. Work closely with Account Managers, Creative teams, and other performance specialists to connect paid social with broader client growth strategies. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging formats, and paid social trends across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. Proven experience targeting the Saudi Arabia market is strongly preferred, with an understanding of local audiences, cultural nuances, and peak shopping periods. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is highly valued. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with advertising platform dashboards and campaign data. Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking. Experience managing multiple campaigns, clients, or accounts simultaneously, ideally within an agency environment. Strong understanding of paid social testing, optimization, attribution, and performance marketing principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear client-facing insights.
