Learn more about our benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLocates, audits and transfers kits or materials as required. May perform satellite receiving functions. May perform materials pick-up or drop-off at vendor sites (requiring the use of a van or truck).Performs cycle count to verify and maintain inventory; identifies and processes nonconforming material.Under direction from management, prevents accumulation of excess or exceptional material. Moves stock as required. In a manufacturing environment, may replenish empty line-side bins.Receives parts and updates inventory records; may perform transactions in Oracle, or other inventory systems. Verifies vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory. May monitor, update, and maintain shortage reports including review of work orders.Under direction from supervisor, purges stock of excess and obsolete material. Acts necessary to rework, transfer, or scrap these items.Operates powered industrial vehicles as assigned; may operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklift. May drive a van or truck if necessary or operate overhead crane. Adheres to all safety standards and protocols. Follows documented business processes. Trains other Material Coordinators as required.Regulates and prepares material for delivery to the cleanroom environment.Employees may be assigned to work in a spares environment, with a heavier focus on activities related to inventory management. Performs transactions in SAP.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or materials management environment.Experience receiving, stocking, transferring, and tracking materials and inventory.Ability to accurately perform cycle counts and inventory audits.Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management or ERP systems.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.Experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.Preferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, cleanroom, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.Experience using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems for inventory transactions and material tracking.Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts, powered industrial vehicles, overhead cranes, or similar equipment.Experience supporting manufacturing production lines through line-side replenishment or kitting activities.Knowledge of inventory control processes, shortage reporting, and non-conforming material procedures.Experience receiving vendor shipments and verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips.Familiarity with cleanroom material handling procedures and contamination control practices.Ability to identify process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Time Type: Full timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Relocation Eligible: NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
