Job Title Registered Nurse – Operating Room Location Atlanta, GA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Night/Weekend rotation included Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care within a high-volume Operating Room environment Support surgical procedures with a focus on ENT and neurosurgery cases Participate in a 4–6 late/call requirement per 6-week schedule, including 1–2 late shifts per week and 1 overnight call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Fulfill up to 24 hours of weekend call within each 6-week schedule block, assigned on an alphabetical rotation (day or night) Cover one major and two minor holidays per contract (day or night shift) May perform Charge RN duties on off-shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays Required Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room experience Strong proficiency in ENT and neurosurgery surgical services Ability to participate in call, late shifts, and weekend rotation as outlined in the schedule requirements Only 1 week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract period Preferred Experience / Skills Experience performing Charge RN responsibilities in an OR setting Familiarity with a wide range of surgical specialties beyond ENT and neuro Ability to adapt to varied shift assignments including days, nights, and weekends Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity OR environment with exposure to diverse and complex surgical cases Gain experience across multiple surgical specialties while developing leadership skills through Charge RN opportunities Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775975.
