Product Operations Manager

Partnering closely with the product management team, the full-time Product Operations Manager will build documentation and reporting infrastructure to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Design and coordinate rollout plans for new product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal training and external communication Monitor post-release analytics in partnership with the data team to assess feature performance and inform future iterations Required qualifications Experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role within a technology company Strong written communication skills with a focus on producing clear and complete documentation Ability to work with product and delivery metrics and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders Proven coordination skills across multiple stakeholders to manage dependencies and sign-offs Genuine fluency with AI tools and experience structuring information for AI consumption
