Inside Sales Representative

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading heavy equipment and power systems provider to hire an Inside Sales Representative . This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts while driving outbound sales activity focused on parts, service, and equipment solutions. Responsibilities Make a minimum of 45 outbound customer calls per day and follow up on inbound leads. Manage and grow a designated customer account base. Drive sales growth across parts, service, and equipment offerings. Identify opportunities to increase market share and customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems. Collaborate with outside sales, rental, and product support teams to develop customer solutions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven success in a sales or customer-facing role. Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales. High energy, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
