Lead HVAC installer - We are a growing HVAC company in Tooele, UT looking to hire an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This position is for someone who can confidently lead a crew, ensure quality installs, and represent our company professionally on job sites. Responsibilities Lead and manage an HVAC installation crew Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, ductwork, etc.) Read and interpret plans and job specs Ensure installs meet code and company standards Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site For HVAC Installer ($25-$30/HR) Benefits Paid holidays after one year Company Vehicles provided PTO after one year $100/month insurance reimbursement (marketplace) after ninety days Stable employment with a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
