We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physicians to become part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional care. This physician-owned practice, located in the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado, is experiencing rapid growth and is well-regarded in the community.

Practice Overview

• Physicians provide care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Long-Term Care Facilities.

• Collaboration with specialists, surgeons, and therapy teams (Physical, Occupational, and Speech), as well as Case Management and Psychology, is emphasized.

• Clinical Triage handles facility calls seven days a week, ensuring a manageable on-call experience (no overnight shifts).

• Providers benefit from advanced technology, including integrated voice recognition, to efficiently document patient encounters directly into the EHR.

• Onboarding includes comprehensive training on all necessary systems, such as Gehrimed and Point Click Care.

Compensation and Benefits
