Qlarant

Qlarant is a not-for-profit organization focused on health care and human services programs. We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to support leave management, benefits enrollment, and staff inquiries, ensuring smooth processes and policy compliance. The role requires pulling HRIS reports, guiding employees on benefits, and coordinating with benefits vendors and HR teams to maintain timely enrollments and accurate data.
