Part time UPS Store Associate

Job Description
The UPS Store is seeking a motivated individual who has great customer service skills. This job requires you to identify our customer's needs and promote world class customer service to meet them. Daily work includes shipping, packing, sorting mail, printing, faxing, etc. The job requires you to be able to multi task, accurately type in information, lift packages and provide exceptional customer service. Experience is a plus but not required. Weekend availability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of the customer's needs and offer viable solutions
- Take action to learn all product and service offerings and maintain smooth center operations
- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Be a team player
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Willing and able to work 20+ hours per week
- Willing to become a Notary
