Onboarding Specialist

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr Overview KNM is seeking a temporary Onboarding Specialist whose role is responsible for managing the process of creating new vendors and editing existing vendors. This role is critical to prevent fraud and error. Proficiency in using NetSuite a plus but not required. For more opportunities from KNM Resources, please visit Responsibilities Manage the vendor email inbox and vendor dedicated system. Verify the documentation and information required from new vendors. Contact vendors, read scripts, securing a return acceptance email, and filing accordingly. Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, legal requirements, and industry standards. Setting up of vendors quickly with 100% accuracy. Learn the system quickly to provide support. Assess potential risks associated with vendor relationships and mitigate them. Communicate clearly and effectively regarding onboarding status. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Knowledge of Vendor Management Processes. Proficiency in using NetSuite, VendorInfo and other relevant software. Familiarity with vendor onboarding best practices and industry standards. Understanding of Legal and Compliance Requirements. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to vendor management.
