Impactful Community Employment Leader

Shore Community Services, Inc. in Skokie, IL, is seeking a Community Employment Manager to lead workforce development initiatives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Local travel to employer sites is required; mileage reimbursed. You will drive program growth, manage state contracts (IDHS-DRS and DDD), and oversee a direct caseload while mentoring Employment Specialists.
