Requirements

Minimum 2 years of dental front desk or dental office administrative experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Demonstrated experience with insurance verification and patient financial transactions
Comfortable explaining treatment plans and discussing fees with patients
Proficient with computers and common office software; experience with dental practice management systems preferred
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant office/medical administrative training a plus

Job Description

Greet patients warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out processes
Schedule and confirm appointments; manage recalls and follow‑ups
Verify insurance coverage and obtain preauthorization when needed
Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and professionally
Process payments, co‑pays, and other financial transactions accurately
Maintain and update patient records using practice management software
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
Support front‑office administrative tasks (filing, faxing, record requests)
Uphold HIPAA and office confidentiality and compliance standards
