Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details
Schedule: 5x8
Assignment is split between multiple outpatient clinic locations.
Patient scheduling includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
