Accounting Analyst Full-TimeOn-site support accounts receivable and core accounting operations for a growing manufacturing company are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to build your career in a role that touches every part of the business? L&M Corrugated Container is seeking an accounting analyst to support our accounting operations, with a focus on accounts receivable alongside broader accounting analysis and reporting responsibilities. This role combines approximately 30% accounts receivable duties — including invoicing, collections support, and cash application — with traditional accounting analyst responsibilities such as reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, and financial reporting. Growing family-owned company with a team-oriented culture.What You'll DoAs the accounting analyst, you'll support day-to-day accounting operations with a blend of accounts receivable work and general accounting analysis.Apply incoming cash receipts and reconcile customer accountsGenerate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on timeMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balancesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputesSupport credit memo processing and customer account maintenanceAccounting analyst (approximately 70% of role):Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAnalyze financial data and prepare reports for managementAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMaintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentationSupport internal controls, audit requests, and process improvement initiativesCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial dataOther duties as assignedWhat we're looking for:2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills, including comfort following up with customersManufacturing, packaging, distribution, or business-to-business industry experience is a plusBachelor's degree in accounting is requiredBuild a career with L&M.
