Location: San Francisco/San Jose, CA
Work Arrangement: Field-Based
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour
Experience: 5+ years automotive experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Vehicle Inspector with a strong automotive/mechanical background to conduct vehicle assessments and coordinate inspections with dealerships.

You'll inspect vehicles, document condition and damage, submit detailed reports through our client's mobile application, and serve as a key liaison between dealerships and internal operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Conduct inspections of engines, transmissions, interiors, and exteriors
• Document vehicle condition, damage, and other concerns
• Submit accurate inspection reports through our client's mobile app
• Coordinate with dealerships and ensure inspections follow our client's standards
• Communicate with Regional Operations, Sales, Operations, and dealership teams
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers
• Work in various weather conditions while traveling between dealerships

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical background
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Comfortable using technology and electronically submitting inspection reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $28.00-$32.00/hour , depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors
