Production Supervisor

About the Role Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and enforcing safety protocols. Monitors equipment maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with maintenance teams. Coordinates raw material deliveries, maintains inventory, and optimizes production processes. Communicates effectively with team members, management and other departments for seamless plant operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduate degree preferred. 3‑5 years of supervisory experience including team building, facilitation, mentoring and follow‑through. Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent. Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure and shipping and fulfillment. Demonstrated ability to provide direction, develop and lead a team, provide strategic direction and inspire the team to achieve key goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ability to apply problem‑solving techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally. Ability to provide clear verbal instructions and listen for understanding. General computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems. Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions and equipment manuals. Mathematical and mechanical skills to diagnose and solve problems.
