Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector for its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers, visually inspecting garments for damage, and proactively repairing issues such as holes or tears. Employees are expected to keep their work area clean. Compensation is performance‑based; meeting or exceeding the production standard for hanging garments qualifies for an incentive pay increase. Responsibilities Safely place garments on hangers to the required specifications. Inspect customer garments for defects and determine if repair is needed. Identify and document proactive repairs (patching holes or tears). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Operate within a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment under time pressures. Eligibility & Qualifications Work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older. Adhere to attendance policy and safety rules. Work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods. Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, stretching, reaching, and moving carts or bins of linens. Work well in a team, display a positive attitude, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements Stand for most of the shift. Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. May need to push or move carts or bins of bulk or linen product.
