This role is key to keeping our banquet kitchen spotless and running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring top-notch dining experiences every time. If you're bursting with energy, reliability, and thrive under pressure – especially during our bustling nights and weekends – then you're the one we want!Day to Day...Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by handPlace clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areasMaintain the kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly conditionAssist in the preparation of banquet setups by ensuring that all required dishes and utensils are washed, dried, and available when neededEnsure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facilityDispose of waste in an appropriate mannerAssist with the loading and unloading of suppliesComply with health and safety regulations and policies at all timesCollaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during banquets and eventsPerform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chefQualifications...Must be 16 years of age or olderPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment and suppliesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent time-management skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededA team player with good communication skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.EEO StatementThe concept of diversity is important to us at AriensCo.
