Responsibilities: Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours. Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members. Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check‑ins, and phone inquiries. Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed. Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends). Support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards. Help keep the club running smoothly by supporting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities. Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in customer service. Previous experience running shifts or leading a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team‑based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed. Physical Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed.
