We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing in-house rehab team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Latrobe SNF/LTC

The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a pivotal role in the rehab department at our skilled nursing facility, promoting the physical well-being and functional recovery of our residents.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.

·         Assured all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care

·         Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers

·         Measures & records patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance

·         Monitors patient responses to treatments and makes modifications during treatment sessions as necessary

·         Completes documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Skills:

·         SNF/Long term care experience preferred

·         Current knowledge of treatment practices

·         Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred

·         Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

Required licensure:

·         Current License as a Physical Therapist in the State of PA. Must be in good standing.
