Field Store AssociateThe Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe's stores. This position will be responsible for engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating customer leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. Part-Time Field Store Associates are also expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products.The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Lowe's Store #2654, located at: 300 Pleasant Grove Rd #200, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. This is a part-time position working weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and subject to change.Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.ResponsibilitiesThe Field Store Associate plays a key role in driving sales growth, delivering training to Lowe's associates, and ensuring high standards in service and merchandising execution.ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and servicesBuild productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customersMaintain Pro customer color filesTint and mix products to customer specifications as neededMaintain adequate store appearance and inventory best practicesMaintain adequate appearance of the color wall and back stockBuild and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendationsFacilitate in-person customer connectivity between paint and pro deskProvide in-store Pro Desk paint support for real-time customer needs, Lowe's Pro Sales, and paint program execution, including in-store promotional eventsSalesPromote and represent Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards and product strengths to Lowe's associates, customers, and contractorsFollow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
