Systems include piping, valves, fittings, fixtures, and equipment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED and; 1+ years of experience in industrial plumbingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSJourneyman Level Tradesmen CertificationCertification in Med-GasKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsStrong mathematical skills for measurements and calculationsStrong understanding of NC Plumbing Codes and industry standardsMechanical aptitude with an understanding of different piping systems and materialJOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems that carry various fluids including water, waste, chemicals, gases in industrial settings.
